Our journey started with a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga with children in our world. We believe that mindfulness & play go hand in hand. Our program is perfect for children of all abilities and is sure to inspire a love for peace, yoga & happiness.
Our Sessions
Each session is designed with your child in mind. Our lessons include instruction for poses, meditation, music, dance, games, group activities, literature, laughter and love.
